Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack with Care

  Place the panels back into their original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all mounting hardware and instructions are included.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned panels, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
